What Paid Reactions is

Paid Reactions is a marketplace. Artists pay creators to post short reaction videos of their music. We run the checkout, hold the money while bookings resolve, and pay creators when work is delivered. We do not create the reactions and we are not a party to what anyone says in one.

What an artist is buying

A listen and a placement. Not a positive opinion, not a specific level of views, and not a guarantee that any particular reactor will take the booking.

Any reactor may decline any booking for any reason. A declined booking is refunded in full to the original payment method. A booking nobody answers within 48 hours expires and is refunded the same way. Neither outcome carries a penalty for the reactor, and neither is shown publicly.

Rights in the music

When you create a campaign you confirm that you own or control the rights to the track, and you grant the reactors you selected a license to use it in a public reaction video. You agree not to submit a copyright claim or strike against a post made under that license.

A claim against a reactor's post is grounds for us to close your account and to withhold refunds on the affected bookings.

Using a delivered reaction

You may repost a delivered clip organically to accounts you control, with credit to the reactor.

You may not run it as a paid advertisement, use it in a commercial campaign, or present it as an endorsement, without separate written permission from that reactor. Organic reposting is included in what you paid for. Paid usage is a different deal and is not.

What a reactor agrees to

Answer within 48 hours, either way. Post an accepted booking within 5 days. Meet the quality floor: 20 to 45 seconds, visible on camera, the track audible for at least half the runtime, and paid promotion disclosed both in the caption and through the platform's own setting.

Keep the post live for the duration the artist paid for. Taking a post down early is grounds for a refund to the artist and, if it keeps happening, removal from the directory.

Money

Each reactor sets their own price and is paid that amount in full. Paid Reactions adds a service fee of 20 percent on top, which is charged to the artist and shown as its own line before checkout. Nothing is deducted from the reactor's price. Artists are charged the campaign total at checkout, Paid Reactions holds those funds, and the reactor's full price is transferred to them when the artist approves the delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if the artist does nothing.

Payouts are processed by Stripe and follow each reactor's own payout schedule. Reactors must complete Stripe onboarding before they appear in the directory.

Disputes

An artist may dispute a delivery that misses the quality floor, within the 72 hour approval window. The payout is held while we review it. We decide, by hand, either to release the payout or to refund the artist. That decision is final for the purposes of this platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account for copyright claims against reactors, repeated failure to deliver, false view counts, or anything that puts the other side of the marketplace at risk.

Liability

Paid Reactions is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of views, engagement, streams, or commercial outcome from a reaction. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking that claim relates to.
